Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology (DA IICT 2013) is considered to be amongst the best institutes in India for technical education. DA IICT was established in 2001 and got recognition of an autonomous university by Gujarat Legislature. In 2004 it was listed by UGC(University Grants Commission) as a private university in the list of Universities. The University is managed by Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group and thus provides the best of facilities, faculty, infrastructure and placement opportunities.

DA-IICT has an eco-friendly campus with lot of greenery surrounding it situated in Gandhinagar. Admission to DA IICT 2013 is based on Joint Entrance Examination 2013 (JEE 2013)  score and ranking but candidates have to apply separately for DA-IICT for its bachelor Engineering Courses. A large number of students apply for DA IICT 2013 to get admission in its engineering courses every year so getting admission is not easy.

Candidates should be a pass (with 50% marks for general category and 40% marks for SC/ST category candidates) in the 12th standard or its equivalent with Mathematics. Physics and Chemistry/ Bio-technology Computer Science/ Biology.
    be born on or after 01 October 1987.

All candidates who are offered provisional admission will be required to produce the proof of having passed the qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent) to the Institute latest by 30 October 2012, failing which such provisional admission will stand cancelled. If a candidate is found ineligible at a later date, even after admission to DA IICT, his/her admission will be cancelled. All admissions will be subject to verification of facts from the original certificates/documents of the candidates. The decision of the concerned authorities of DA IICT regarding eligibility of any candidate shall be final.
