Admission in Punjab Engineering Colleges under PTU will be made on the basis of AIEEE 2012 All India Ranks. Punjab CET 2012 exam has been discontinued but criteria for allocation of seats will be same as follows
Punjab Residents- 85 % seats ( Based on AIEEE 2012score )
Outside candidates-15% seats ( Based on AIEEE 2012 score )
The candidates must have passed their Higher Secondary or equivalent examination from a recognized university with Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, and Computer Science ( 10+2 , 50% )
