Central Information Commission (CIC) has issued a circular to recruit legal retainers on contract basis. The commission was formed under the RTI Act of India to handle all the works related to complaints filed under the RTI act by citizens of India. The more information about the CIC can be obtained from the official website of the commission i.e. www.cic.gov.in. The website contains various sections like press release, RTI act, search, Quarterly returns, FAQ, Decisions of CIC, Appeals, Complaints and cause list of CIC.Now, CIC is going to recruit legal retainers as per the guidelines issued by the CIS in the detail notification. Selection Procedure: The selection will be based only on the interview and merit. There will be no written test. So the candidates are advised that you should aware the interview questions of Legal Retainers before attending the interview.
Application Procedure: The persons who are eligible as per the eligibility criteria specified above should apply by application form along with other required documents and photographs. Application format is given at the end of the advertisement. Print out it on A-4 sized paper and fill all the mandatory columns.
