Eligibility Criteria
1. Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 27 years
- Minimum Age: 18 years
NOTE: Age is as on 1st January 2014
2. Educational Qualification
- For Assistant Manager (Engineering Discipline): Engineering Graduate or equivalent in required Discipline can apply to this post.
- For Assistant Manager (Finance): Candidates with CA / ICWA are eligible to apply for this post.
- For Assistant Manager (HR): Candidates with MBA with Specialization in HR or Graduate with PG Degree in Social work / Welfare / Labour Welfare / Industrial Relation / Personnel Management or Graduate with PG Diploma in Human Resource / IR / Social work / Labour Welfare / Personnel Management discipline are eligible to apply for this post.
- For Assistant Manager (HR - Pay Roll): Engineering Graduate or equivalent in Computer Science / MCA can apply to this post.
- For Assistant Manager (Assistant Company Secretary): Candidate who is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India can apply to this post.
