SECTION 1:
The order of the first part of the interview depends but it will consist of the same two things, an introduction of the company and a basic English test.
INTRODUCTION OF COMPANY
Either before or after the English test they will give you an introduction of the company, showing a video that explains everything about the company as well as the company’s associates. They also explain to you what you can expect from the job.
ENGLISH TEST
The English test is fairly basic and consists of multiple choice questions as well as a writing test. Those who are successful on the English test will pass to the next stage which is is the personal interview.
SECTION 2:
PERSONAL INTERVIEW
Those applicants who are successful in the English test will pass to the personal interview. In this interview they will ask you questions related to your CV as well as some other basic questions such as your height, if you are able to swim etc. (see below for the typical questions they may ask)
You will also be required to complete a comprehension test in which they will read you a short text, for example one that describes some information about an aircraft, about which you will be asked two questions. In the case of the aircraft example they may ask you about the security lights on the aeroplane.
If you are successful in the interview they will contact you within 21 days.

Tell me about a time when you really had to pay attention to what someone else was saying, actively seeking to understand their message.
Tell me about a situation where you had to solve a problem or make a decision that required careful thought. What did you do?
